Means of payment
The Customer warrants to the Vendor that he/she is the holder of the means of payment used to place an order on the site. If this is not the case, the customer guarantees to hold the authorisation of the holder of the means of payment used to place the order.
The Vendor offers its customers the following means of payment:
- Bank cards: Visa, MasterCard
- Paypal
- Credit notes: issued by the Vendor exclusively for use on the site and by the beneficiary Customer only. Credit notes are valid for one year from the date of issue.
Payment methods
Payment is made exclusively by the means of payment made available to the customer by the vendor.
As all prices are displayed in euros, orders must be paid for in the same currency and include all taxes and contributions.
The customer shall bear any additional charges for customs duties as well as any additional charges invoiced by his banking or financial institution in the event of a dispute.
Once payment has been validated, the order will be executed by the vendor. In the event of total or partial non-payment
or attempted fraud, the vendor will cancel the disputed order as of right.
Security
The seller guarantees the implementation of security measures to ensure the security of payments on its site.
The Vendor reserves the right to ask the customer for any additional supporting documents to complete the order.
This additional data will be processed in accordance with the confidentiality charter and will remain accessible to
to the customer, who may also request its rectification and deletion in accordance with the provisions of the amended Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978.
